McCullough Robertson (Samantha Daly) – 2016 NSW Excellence in Gender Diversity Programs and Performance in NSW Mining

McCullough Robertson is committed to gender equity, understanding that it is critical to achieving sustainable business performance in a changing world. All McCullough Robertson partners have agreed to lead by example by being ‘champions of change’ for driving the diversity agenda across the firm.

Samantha Daly works for McCullough Robertson as the firm’s Partner part time. Since she started, she has been working flexibly and is a strong advocate for diversity in the firm.

Chairman of Partners, Dominic McGann is a Queensland Male Champion of Change (addressing major issues in his day to day role including Flexible Working, Progression of High Potential Women, Building Leadership Commitment, Recruitment Disruption, Attracting Women to Male-dominated Industries and Pay Equity).

Actively and publicly continuing the conversation about gender diversity, Dominic McGann and Guy Humble, Chair of the Diversity Committee, have made their #Pledge for Parity as a part of the 2016 International Women’s Day campaign, focussing on raising awareness around gender equality and violence against women.  Dominic also represented the firm at the Leaders Engaging Diversity event for Griffith University Alumni and LeadershipHQ joining with industry leaders to share their insights and tips on changing a workplace through inclusive leadership. Dominic also presented at the Konnect Learning Leadership in Diversity Conference, where company leaders from across the country discussed effective diversity initiatives and how to surpass inclusion targets in the workplace.
